    I bought this back September 2023 for school and personal use and in July of this year I was having issues with it charging correctly. I would have to wrap the cord around the computer in several ways just for it to charge for the day and it was stressful to deal with. Yesterday the charging piece came out and my computer and I went to a computer repair shop and he basically told me itd be too expensive to repair so i might as well just buy a new one. There were a few minor things that bothered me like the poor battery life and how slow itd run at times but i genuinely did like the computer after the first year i had it.

    Overall good unit. Needed to remove the Microsoft safe mode but runs great

    On 12/5/23 Best Buy agent recommended the Lenovo laptop and we are extremely happy with. It is windows 11 so both my husband and I are experimenting with it, because our current laptops are windows 10. So far we are very happy, and we would definitely recommend to our family and friends.
