It has a good display and really good screen but problem is the battery life. Very short. Maybe like an hour or 2

Happy with purchase I don't do surveys. I find them very annoying. If I was dissatisfied with the product I would go to the store and get a refund.

I bought it for my daughter who is 11 years old. she really loves her laptop. she is learning to type and this will be perfect for her.

The product functions great for my son and his schoolwork. He has room for educational programs as well as games. The graphics are good and great storage.

All data was transferred from my old computer by the Geek Squad so it was an easy move. The one question that arose a few days later was answered by the online chat support.

I bought this for my son for school. He seems to like it and hasn't complained about anything about it, yet. He's a teenager. So, I'm impressed with the laptop.

Fresh out the box so this review is limited. The hardware feels solid and I appreciate that the transformer is compact and two prong. The Windows setup froze badly in the middle of the process but that's life. A restart and I was in business.

Works great! Games arw a little laggy so dont get it for gaming specifically, fan is a little loud, and occasionally the touch screen wont respond. Other than that it suits my needs!

I'm generally quite happy with my new Lenovo Ideapad. My only issue is that my camera is not working to capture me on Zoom calls. I need to bring it into the Geek Squad to have that corrected if possible.

Best buy associate was very helpful with my pirchase. Made great suggestions to help me choose the correct laptop computer.

The store associate was very helpful and inquired as to my computer needs and made the recommendation for this model and it has exceeded our expectations.

I have had nothing but problems with the camera. Thank goodness I had Geek Squad to help me. Make sure you buy the warranty, because otherwise they will not consider any help. If you need the camera for things like Zoom, etc. DO NOT buy this product. For basic things, it is fine.

Love it!! Exactly what I wanted but battery doesnt last long after fully charged, even not being used it seems to drain battery but overall I like it.

Computer has been great. A little different from the last computer I had but easy to use and has done everything I needed it to.

This laptop works quite well. I like the large keys on the keyboard, and the display is nice. I give it 5 stars.

PROS: RAM and SSD is upgradable CONS: No fingerprint scanner No backlight keyboard as shown in photos keyboard had windows 11 logo instead of windows 10 will be returning
