I had a HP Laptop for years and so loved it, but needed to have all my programs updated, so I decided to purchase this Lenovo Laptop. After making an appt to sit down and have my questions answered with help from Diane my ( geek squad rep) at best buy in Patchogue she showed me how to navigate my new computer. I'm loving the easy-ness of locating everything I need too.

So one year later it's still a very good laptop but I am STILL FURIOUS that I had to spend an ADDITIONAL $179 for a Geek Squad one year membership to get help unlocking the god forsaken bull crap lockout software this laptop came preloaded with the Microsoft suite. I needed to use Adobe software and Microsoft was forcing me to download one of THEIR apps, which did NOT interface with the USPTO and I had to get a Geek Squad IT tech to help me. That ADDED cost to this laptop and I am sooo not happy about that. In the guise of "security" that allgedly is sold as a means of protecting the user Microsoft pulls shady crap like this because it wants to be able to force users to buy their software and ONLY their software. Bill Gates is a power mad lunatic and this is why I have resisted buying a PC for years. I still appreciate Chrome Books because I can use ANY software I want but Chrome stopped interfacing with Microsoft Word and so I was forced to get a PC. Gates, there is a special place in Hades waiting for you. Another beef with Microsoft...constant pop ups and annoying crap and newsflash, I have zero interest in seeing news stories that Microsoft Edges thinks I should see...It's distracting and irritating and I can't seem to turn it off.

Love it! The touch screen adds to the enjoyment . Really easy to navigate.

I love this laptop Best Buy help me out with the best option for what I needed it for so far it has lived up to everything. The guy has told me it’s a super fast computer. I don’t have to wait for it to load. I really appreciate it guys. Thank you so much I don’t normally do these reviews but I kinda had to because of how much I love this product

Computer is a good size and weight. It has a comfortably sized keyboard and good battery life.

Very good brand if you are looking for a reliable laptop for home office or daily tasks. Construction and materials are durable and design is well done. I have been using it for more than one year and battery still holds its charge for a while.

Work better than I thought it would. Its faster and easier to use than the last 3 Lap tops I had.

This laptop has been great for our everyday use. My son also uses it for homeschool and it meets our needs.

I got this Ideapad 3i to replace my old 110. I travel quite a bit and I wanted something lighter. I loved everything about it, especially the touchpad. However, it got a BSOD exactly a month after the Lenovo warranty expired (which is why 4 stars and not 5). Also, I didn't archive my bitlocker key and had to do a clean in, but that's a whole different issue. Been a long time Lenovo user and I highly recommend all their products.

Love our new Lenovo Ideapad. Great image quality, touch screen, and fast processing.

You get what comes with the price tag, it's no gaming machine nor is it a laptop for creators, but it is by far the best laptop I've had for school/office work. It's a reasonable price for what it is. The battery life is excellent, as long as your brightness is turned down a little. I can use this laptop all day and it not lose its power.
