I purchased this laptop to replace my older Ideapad where my graphics card became corrupted after a BIOS update. I was really upset and didn't know if I wanted to purchase another Lenovo product. After all the trouble shooting and even sending my laptop in via Geek Squad to verify if repairs were really needed, I purchased this new Ideapad as there was on great sale. My main concern was all of my information on my old laptop that I needed. After going through the setup process with my new Ideapad, all of my information had seemingly automatically transferred over from my old Ideapad. I was shocked and grateful. Everything was automatically uploaded to my Onedrive on my old Ideapad and set up exactly on my new Ideapad. I appreciate how my new Ideapad has a ten-key pad, which I didn't realize when I purchased it, but I wished my keyboard had a backlight as my old Ideapad had.

Does as advertised, have owned for over a year and have had no troubles!

This Laptop is very efficient. Speed is amazing and I am happy with my purchase. I use it for online school and is great quality.

The Lenovo is an ok laptop however what I do not like is that only Microsoft apps can be downloaded on it in the S mode. I was not told about this until after I paid for it, the geek squad person is the one who told me.

Amazing device. Great for watching TV, playing computer games, and computer programming. Lasts at least 7-8 years.

I am not tech savvy so my review is basic. I got this for niece possibly 5 or do months ago for school. She seems to love it and the gadget does what it needs to do. I thought it was a fair deal for the amount i bought it for.

Very well built laptop. Sleek metal housing, thin bezel, lightweight, and has the latest features. Built in front facing camera has a lenses cover closed to prevent unwanted access from hackers.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas, she’s in 7th grade and it looks to be a perfect entry level computer for her that should last a decent number of years.

We bought one a couple of weeks ago for our Av team at church and it worked so well we bought another to use for our Children's pastor!!

Lenovo ideapad is the best laptop choice I’ve ever. The quality and core are extremely better than I expected. It’s quick , slick and versatile.

Was looking for a replacement computer for one that when purchased was very pricey. This is everything I need and nice computer for the money.

The Ipad is excellent specially value to price ratio. All the systems and the touch screen is a great option that i haven't tried before. I would recommend this laptop.

very responsive, comfortable key board. the only negative has to to with MS. it only comes with Windows 10 and you have to pay to upgrade to 11

Great Laptop This laptop comes with a 11th generation of i5, which is powerful enough for most of daily task. 512GB is a bonus, because of most of laptops only provide 256GB.

Great value, would highly recommend for the specs. As with most new laptops, no cd/dvd drive. No issues so far. Battery life is pretty good for everyday use.

I love almost everything about my new computer. The worst draw back for me is that I can not connect to my work website. I do blame this on myself for not filling understanding that an Idea book is not the same as a computer.

Product was on sale and under promotional terms during sales tax break. It offered more GBs and has touch screen feature. Salesperson was awesome in assisting with the purchase.
