Bought this for my husband after comparing a few different laptops with similar features. I felt like this one had the best bang for the buck at its sales price. He's been very happy with it and has recommended it to others.

Very versitile and best bang for the bucks. I was looking for something simple but powerful. Though the case structure is very filmsy like I could break the fan vent by pushing my thumb in. It's a trade off for price I guess.

This laptop is perfect for what I was looking for in a laptop. Every use in this laptop is just so convenient. I love everything about it. 10/10 Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of a laptop for a great price.

So a brand new computer with no instruction manual. Windows 11 was corrupted and had to be reloaded. How do you do that? So went on line with my phone for two hours trying to establish a Microsoft account and do all the hoops guessing. No support from Lenovo. They said send an email. Umm my. Computer doesn’t work so no email. Phone service is a joke. Best Buy no help. Had to ask a friend and after an afternoon poking around we reimaged the drive and it now works. Never again! Next time a dell from Amazon.

This Laptop was purchased for my daughter. I truly believe that this was the best option in the laptop category. My mind wasn't set on getting this particular laptop, but once I started playing with the display, I instantly fell in love with it.

A good computer for the price with plenty of features.

Fast and good battery life with power saving on. But, it had display issues right after few weeks. Screen flickers after session timeout. May be issue with only mine.

Excellent laptop, is pretty faster, I don’t have problems

Cons: 1.restrictive(wont allow Chrome and Zoom installation); cant even set Google as default-browser. 2. screen flickers after taking many screen-shots. Pros: Price for the storage and technology & Weight

I took my old laptop to Best Buy to have a tech check it out. He was very honest with me concerning the age of the laptop and the price of upgrades. I decided to purchase a new laptop and I’m glad I did. It is just right for what I use a laptop for.
