I work at a restaurant and I needed a laptop to work on schedules and create templates for when I'm not at the restaurant and this laptop doesn't disappoint.

I purchased this as open box good condition. I thought it was in perfect condition. The box just looked bad. It had all the paperwork and cords. No scratches or wear.

I am very satisfied with the Lenovo Ideapad laptop. Having had an older computer, this newer computer has really made my computer time enjoyable. Although, it seems much of the newer computers and accessories do change and it seems to me at least, they are changed for "change" sake!

Bought it to replace my 93 year old father’s. 2009 lap top. He’loving the speed and accuracy. Sales staff & geek squad worked together and making my decision.

Very nice computer. But I find it difficult to navigate. I told the Best Buy staff what I was going to be using it for, astrophotography processing and windows 11 has fought me all the way. I may need the geek squad to tweak it for me.

I took full advantage of the sale, it was worth it. The geek squad did a good job and setting everything up, and transferring data. I was surprised that there was no military discount.

I am not a fan of laptops, and purchased this for on the go- to program the electronics in my RC Models. I didn't need a fancy one, and for the price this serves it's purpose. If you need more speed or a higher resolution just spend more money!

Good computer for the price, good speed, nice display

Good for the price making my work a little easier.

Recently had to replace my HP laptop and after reviewing several at Best Buy decided to go with the Lenovo. My previous laptop was almost 7 years old and very slow so I am in heaven with my purchase!

Really 4.5 stars but can't do that. Solid base level laptop. No issue with office products, great for my wife's job(teacher) and video streaming is great watched movies when cable was down.

The young men who helped me with the purchase were very courteous and did their best to get me set up. four stars for Moh and the tech who put up with my learning all over again how to start the laptop .

I've had great experiences with Lenovo products. That's what caught my attention when this computer went on sale. We received excellent performance at a great price which translates into good value.

It was really good for a first laptop especially finishing high school, but had to sell because there wasn’t enough storage for college but even when I sold it it was in great condition!!!

Bought this laptop for my wife and she loves it has twice the amount of storage as mine does fore about the same price similar processor and all the sam features great for light gaming school streaming and web

I bought this unit last month for my grandson. He is very happy with it and uses it for his school work. I feel it is a great value at the sale price and I bought another one for our household needs.
