Great service. We ordered a lap top online and had it delivered the next day without any issues. We were given constant updates. My teenager unboxed and set up her laptop without any issue. The only improvement could be with the battery life.

I bought this laptop to replace my desktop. I don't like the way Microsoft tries to force you to use all their apps and I am having great difficulty figuring out how to easily access the apps I know and love.

Great laptop for the price. Honestly could do everything that I needed it to do work wise. Only drawback is that there isn’t a whole lot of storage but that can easily be remedied with ssd upgrade

I had one. I paid double price of it, but I like it so when my daughter wanted a pc for her Christmas gift. I saw the price, just rushed to store and took it home

You typcially get a little more in resources for you money with a leveno over the standard HP or Dell. They seem to hold up well over time.

We purchased this laptop to replace a six-year-old laptop. It is probably not the bottom of the line laptop, but it is all we need. We take it on vacation several times a year, that is all we really use it.

Lenovo as a brand has never let me down! This little unit is being used by a remote worker that doesn't need a whole lot of processing power to remote into our systems. So far so good!

Laptop lasted 2 years before the motherboard broke. Really cheap construction base. Performance wise is not bad.

Very happy with my new Lenovo laptop. Starts up fast and I can open multiple windows at the same time, very good for switching back and forth between programs.

The laptop works well and does everything a laptop should do. The webcam cover is also very appreciated. The only thing that prevents me from giving this product 5 stars is the slow charging speed and fast speed at which the computer uses energy.

I received this as a gift. It's taken me some time to get used to it (compared to my old one, there are some different features that I'm learning). Overall I like it, but I'm not sure it would have been the one I would have chosen.
