Well I did my research and my aim was to buy the best laptop under $500 and it paid off I am very happy with this product. it truly is the best laptop under $500.

Starts up fast. Works great with my new 6e mesh router. Very fast online experience. Everything I needed for a low price. Would recommend

I am very happy with my Lenovo laptop. It was easy to set up and has quickly integrated Microsoft programs and gmail. The transition has been as smooth as it could be without having someone else do it for me.

picture quality is very good and sound is good enough. need to check how reliable in the long run. The overall UI peformance and response is slow. hope it can be resolved by a software update

My daughter needed a good laptop for summer school. Attendant at desk was very helpful in picking one out that woukd work for our needs. Works great

Better than I expected. Bonus feature- camera has a door you can slide shut if you don’t want the camera lense looking at you all the time. Pretty sweet I think.

Good product with fast access. One issue was with the white light on the right-hand side of the device. It remained on when I logged out. I was able to to shut it off by pressing & holding the power button.

For the price the best laptop you ever get!!! The specs are excellent and very convenient for studies and any office work Highly recommended

I just used not so long. It's kind a so far so good. Hope it will be last like my other laptops without having short life battery problem and last longer.

Fully satisfied with the laptop I chose. Totally dissatisfied with geek squad. Did not set up login as I requested. Still sending me emails and texts to schedule an appointment for pickup two weeks late.

Great new computer for my wife. She doesnt do much work on it but she shops a lot and watches a lot of videos. No complaints at all. It's FAST!

I consider it a good purchase the only thing is I had to call support because there are some programs preventing me to download certain certificates but I was able to get a live rep at like 1 am so that was a plus
