This laptop is very robust, and a great bargain. I have purchased and worked with Dell and HP, and this laptop really gives those brands a run.

Fully satisfied with the laptop I chose. Totally dissatisfied with geek squad. Did not set up login as I requested. Still sending me emails and texts to schedule an appointment for pickup two weeks late.

A great budget laptop. It comes in S-mode by default, a quick google should tell you how to disable that if need be.

Battery is getting discharged too soon. Not sure if they have given me refurbished.

Good laptop for money. Only issue is using outside. You’ll need screen at max brightness to see which drains battery faster. Hasn’t been a big issue though. Super fast boot up. Good laptop is you’re just browsing web or paying bills.

I consider it a good purchase the only thing is I had to call support because there are some programs preventing me to download certain certificates but I was able to get a live rep at like 1 am so that was a plus

Bought this product in a deal for $389.99 which is worth every penny spent for the configuration provided. A best product for students.
