I love it! I’ve been needing a simple laptop to keep up with the books for my business. I’m learning a lot about how the new Windows OS works.

Great new computer for my wife. She doesnt do much work on it but she shops a lot and watches a lot of videos. No complaints at all. It's FAST!

Laptop is as advertised. No negatives about it. This is the 2nd Lenovo laptop I have purchased. Very happy with both and the price I paid for them.

I consider it a good purchase the only thing is I had to call support because there are some programs preventing me to download certain certificates but I was able to get a live rep at like 1 am so that was a plus

Standard laptop. Nothing special about it. However, the keys have already started to stick, so that is quite annoying. Battery life isn't that great either. But it gets the job done.

Like the Lenovo windows 11. Has quick start up. Also came with 6 months free anti virus.

Good laptop for money. Only issue is using outside. You’ll need screen at max brightness to see which drains battery faster. Hasn’t been a big issue though. Super fast boot up. Good laptop is you’re just browsing web or paying bills.

I use it everyday at work. Only thing I wish is that I could make the screen just a little brighter when I have it in the sunlight.

I purchased this computer 5 months ago and the hinge completely broke. At this point, the display screen doesn't turn on. I researched the issue only to find out it is something that Lenovo is aware of. The worst part is that they won't repair/replace it without a charge. If you get this laptop DO NOT get it without a protection plan. I only gave it 2 stars because the performance was good.

Plwased with the prodect and very pleased with wveryone at the Geek Squad counter. They are a super team.

Good for the price without a question but is FILLED with bloatware. Clean that up and it's easily a 5 star. Can't in good conscious give it 5 however with cleanup being on the user.

Well I did my research and my aim was to buy the best laptop under $500 and it paid off I am very happy with this product. it truly is the best laptop under $500.

This Lenovo laptop has far exceeded my expectations! Setup and data transfer was a snap and I really like the "S-mode".

I just used not so long. It's kind a so far so good. Hope it will be last like my other laptops without having short life battery problem and last longer.
