Easy to use Light weight Fast Reasonable Price Effective

Does everything smoothly, even without upgrading the RAM. Will max the RAM and I doubt there will be a need for a faster computer. I do a lot of web surfing, office use, gameplay, audio recording, and video editing, and it does it all just perfectly.

The actual quality of this computer is really nice. It is quick, but I'm just a basic user, no games or streaming for me. But it's got a great keyboard. Very comfortable, you're not cramped at all, your mousepad isn't easily hit by mistake. So, it's a very nice size,layout and screen are also really good. The only reason I purchased a Windows computer was the ability to use dual OS, I prefer Chrome. Over the last month I have spent hours trying to get Microsoft to sit in the corner until I want it, mostly for remote assistance. Literally every chance this machine had an opening to takeover with Microsoft it did. It constantly messed with any program that might have had something similar it could offer. So I finally decided to get a chromebook of similar size to use, and look into keeping a mini desktop, but now I have to see if the mini will use a screen, keeping the cost reasonable. But after the frustration, the term reasonable becomes relative. If Windows is your primary choice this is a terrific laptop. You will need a power cable and a spare battery if you're going to need more than the hour to 1 1/2 hours it can offer. But the very slim, lightweight profile it has alone could be worth the tradeoff of the extra equipment needed on the road.

The computer is really nice and performs really well. It allows me to do multitasking for my work emails and work documents all at once. The i5 processor is more than enough for me and is more worth it than the i3 for multitasking work use. Lenovo is a great brand that makes sturdy products. The battery is excellent as well. I use it for a couple hours at a time per day, and its lasted me 3 days.

We love these laptops for work. Their battery lasts for what seems like forever. They’re fairly lightweight and run programs without stalls which saves us time and money. The is is the 2nd one we’ve purchased for our field offices.

I bought this computer to use for college and it works amazing for what I need it to do. It is fast and efficient! It multi tasks really well. It is the perfect size and lightweight. It takes fast to charge and the screen is really clear. I would recommend this computer to anyone.

Bought this laptop specifically to do car programming and car related work for my business and initially the laptop was pretty quick but not as quick as I would have wanted it. Later I researched and found out that the ram and hard drive can be upgraded so I bought a 16 GB ram card that stacks on top of the integrated 8 GB ram on the computer for a total of 24 GB of RAM and now the computer is a snappy as can be I also upgraded the SSD to 2 TB from the 5 12 GB that the computer comes with and I can say that this computer is completely transformed. I think after the upgrades this computer is comparable to some other alternatives and upper seven or 800 dollar computers but sends it's still just a basic use computer for me it is more than enough now. And it's base form it's a good computer but after the upgrades I'd say it's a much better experience.

While it is a new computer- it is fast and reliable. The touch screen is surprisingly helpful. In a class with 40 students taking a test at the same time it didn’t lag once. The battery lasts forever! I’ll charge it and use it for hours on end, days in a row before I have to think about charging it again.

Great matte display, nice colors and touchscreen an added bonus. Matte display, avoids conspicuous finger prints unlike the glossy display for other laptops. Build quality is great combined with decent RAM and 512 GB ssd makes it a very responsive and fast laptop for daily use. Great value for money.

A fast, sleek, little powerhouse of a laptop! I appreciate the simple design and love the number pad on the side of the keyboard. It can easily handle exactly what I need to get done for daily tasks and more. The touch screen capability is a must have. Don't sleep on this deal!

Great product,especially that I got in on sale.key pads are easily readable. Speed, image and specs are just right for my need at school doing my thesis. Quality seemed good as well. I also like the color and overall appearance. It's light and easy to carry.

I bought this computer for my grandparents it is great! It is a very large screen and has a good amount of RAM and CPU to do the checking their email or surfing the web. The touchscreen capability also works out very nicely.

I like this laptop, the battery can last for whole day. And the screen is so bright, and it is a touch screen also. The CPU/Memory and storage is also enough for daily use, except for gaming. So, it is great for student

So far, I have no major issues with the laptop, easy to use and set up. I like the idea of being able to switch between the keyboard and touchscreen, no glitches so far. Speed is excellent. IdeaPad serves its purpose as required.

This Lenovo Ideapad 3i was intended to replace my wife’s 8-year-old Lenovo Flex 4-1470 touch-screen laptop. The goal being a newer, faster, securer, lighter, laptop with a larger display and longer battery life. But two issues, that she could not overcome, were the primary reasons for the 3i being returned after 7 days of trial use. (No issues returning, and kudos to Best Buy for their very easy 14-day return policy.) DISPLAY: Although larger, this touch display was not sufficiently bright as compared to her much older Flex-4 and it was very noticeable difference. Also, the 3i’s display uses a non-glare coating that made every window appear a tad fuzzier and less sharp. KEYBOARD: She could not adapt to the keyboard keys that she felt were smaller and “mushy”. Again, comparing the 3i to the Flex-4 keyboards was huge physical difference that was causing her to make numerous typo mistakes. Now I will admit, the 3i is a cost-effective laptop that has many above average features and attributes, that should meet if not exceed, most user requirements for daily lite computing. Personally, I believe I could adapt to the display and keyboard limitations, but this 3i was not intended for my daily use. RATING: The 3-Star Rating earned is an average of my personal 4-Stars with my wife’s 2-Stars. Although the 3i did not meet her requirements, I’m fairly certain that it will perform sufficiently for others’ daily computing needs. There are numerous 5-Star rating by others, therefore it may well be a worthwhile option for anyone wanting a new cost-effective touch screen laptop.
