    Purchased for my 11th grade daughter who is also an artist. This laptop is perfect. Not cheaply made therefore it can at survive a teenagers hands

    I purchased two of these laptops, one of them has been great but the other one has been a nightmare. The one with the issues has been an issue from the beginning. About a month, if that, after purchasing it the touch screen quit working and then sometimes it would randomly work and then it quit all together. I took it back to Best Buy to the geek squad and he couldn’t figure it out, I then took it to an IT person and he said it was missing something in the code and it couldn’t be added back so he was unable to get the touchscreen feature to work. I purchased these for the touch screen. That’s the whole point, what good is a laptop that flips all the way over for the touch screen to not work? So for this problem to not be resolved I gave this a two star id like to give it 0 based on this experience but I gave it two since the other one works. This laptop is to expensive to have this issue right after purchasing.

    My daughter hasn’t had any issues so far. She has been using it for gaming. I’d probably look for one with an upgraded graphics card next time.
