This is a good laptop for the price that it comes with.

Tremendous value—very happy with this purchase so far.

Lets talk about windows in s mode. Windows is supposed to be “life without walls” so if you add walls and dont put that in big red letters behind the word ATTENTION on the front of the profuct, you are false advertising!!!!!

I was disappointed in it as it wouldn’t fully charge. I had it all setup and realized it wasn’t charging enough. Went back & mgrs, sales, techs, help me with better laptop. A+ in assist

Come with Windows in S Mode but not hard to remove that. There is no additional RAM slot available, the only RAM is soldered. Works well for the price.

Over all its a good laptop my only problem is it doesnt charge past 59%. Idk if there is a setting that would restrict that or not im not tech person. Im taking it to local Best Buy tomorrow.

I enjoyed this laptop… while it lasted. Been using this laptop daily since December 2023 when I bought it on sale at Best Buy. Tried to turn it on this week and it’s completely fried. Won’t charge, won’t turn on, can’t reset.. motherboard has failed and not worth to fix.. see other reviews- it seems this laptop lasts max 2 years before it goes.

Lack of any paperwork with unit. Very poor 1 page small to read letter showing buttons on unit. No info on creating boot recovery disk. No carrying pocket such as bag or briefs.

This is a decent computer, but the hard case is sub standard and subject to easy damage from minor falls. The hinges are stiff and compromise the plastic hardcase too easily. This should never happen under normal wear and tear or even slight drops.

Great product, couldn't be happier with this laptop. However, higher price than several others for same product. Will do better research from here on out!

After tree notifications, I was finally allowed to obtain my lap top. I don't really like it, but I am putting up with it. It does not work near as well as my old computer. Those are my comments.

This is the worst e-commerce platform I have used. It is so unfortunate that my first experience happened to be my worst experience. I was swayed to the website because I was told it offers the best deals for electronics, so I placed an order for a laptop I needed urgently, on the norms, I would have opted for a new laptop but because I was pressed for time and I saw an open-box with no defect and was going to be delivered the following day, so I opted for an open box laptop. To my surprise, the laptop was delivered with no charger, on chatting with a customer care rep online, I was told to visit BestBuy physical store near me and it would be sorted out. It was so appalling and frustrating that on getting to the store the following day, I was told there was nothing they could do even after providing the ref no. provided by the online customer rep: This shows there is a lack of synergy in the firm. I later opted for a refund, my first experience became my worst nightmare with BestBuy.

The battery or something within the motherboard does not 20 days after use , light use (school) so I cannot provide the best review on this, once I resolve this with Lenovo I might be able to provide a accurate review

It's "ok".... still trying to get used to it. It's very different from the one I had before. Frustrating. I mean overall it is pretty nice. But very frustrating.

Concerned about quality. Purchased as gift to my son for birthday. Upon opening, the computer FLICKERS ON/OFF. Had to return Lenovo to Best Buy/ Geek Squad for service. Upon purchase. I bought TotalTech $199.99. Shouldn't have needed it on a NEW UNIT. I also have a 2019 Lenovo which wont turn on by the Power button. Tech showed me to use a sewing needle inserted into a tiny hole on the side opposite of the power button.

I wanted to use this for editing music and it was cool but the display resolution isn't. I can't downplay the computer just didn't workout for me.

It's not a bad little machine if you buy it with a discount. Good on the move little worker. I wish the keys had a little more feedback and the whole thing a little sturdier, but it's getting the job done.

It was a Christmas gift last year. She cannot print off on this computer.
