I had it all setup and realized it wasn’t charging enough. Went back & mgrs, sales, techs, help me with better laptop. A+ in assist

I had 2 days of getting to know it & then it froze up @ some game thing that I don’t use. I called & talked with Geek…. No help. Very frustrating. I made appointment to go back to Best Buy AGAIN & my nephew passed. So I can’t use it & the whole experience has been awful. I’ll be 69 in April. I’ve been using computers since 1988. I used one at work for 22 years. I prefer my old IPad. I just wish I could use it. Frozen & no answers. Barb Kishel

Laptop is great, s mode is not

Windows is supposed to be “life without walls” so if you add walls and dont put that in big red letters behind the word ATTENTION on the front of the profuct, you are false advertising!!!!!

It has happened already many times and at first I thought I had moved some settings so I made no big deal of it, but it keeps happening. I’m not sure if I still have any warranties or if tech support can contact me to see what is going on. I can not trust this laptop anymore for zoom meetings or anything live because of this.

No RAM expansion

Idk if there is a setting that would restrict that or not im not tech person. Im taking it to local Best Buy tomorrow.

Upon opening, the computer FLICKERS ON/OFF. Had to return Lenovo to Best Buy/ Geek Squad for service. Upon purchase. I bought TotalTech $199.99. Shouldn't have needed it on a NEW UNIT. I also have a 2019 Lenovo which wont turn on by the Power button. Tech showed me to use a sewing needle inserted into a tiny hole on the side opposite of the power button.

Very poor 1 page small to read letter showing buttons on unit. No info on creating boot recovery disk. No carrying pocket such as bag or briefs.
