I am happy with my purchase, but I was unable to install the free 6 month subscription Webroot Intrnet Security with Antivirus Protection, free digital download.

The laptop dropped on the floor and screen damaged. However, it happed in China, but it could not be repaired.

Substandard performance. The processor is slow and for my needs, I purchased the incorrect product.

Too much linked to Microsoft products only. Sorry but Microsoft is not the only product out there. Laptop is fine in other regards.

Decent Laptop. Would have liked for it to have a larger SDD. These things just fill up too fast these days.

For some reason, the touch screen stopped working adter the wnd day. Also didnt like thatvit comes in S mode.

It was an inexpensive laptop that i was happy with...for 2 whole weeks. I started getting a black screen that would only go away after restarting the cpu. Then the font on the pages became blurred. It looked like the letters had a double strike on a typewriter (yes, I'm old). I took it back for a no hassle return.

I like the computer. I did have to take it and have it factory reset do to McAfee popping up

Can’t really get much better for 400 dollars on sale.

It was set up very well by the geet team. I find it doesn’t hold a charge as long as my old laptop

Good product. But after 6 months the speakers were not working right.

It was alright, track pad was not sensitive enough and the hinges were a little weak.

i had this computer less than a year. it died. both best buy and lenovo wanted to help me at all. best buy wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars, lenovo just told me to buy a new computer. the computers motherboard shouldn’t have broken if i only used it a handful of times

Although it is doing what I bought it for it's only been a few weeks and I've already experienced a problem with software connectivity. It did follow an automatic update but the black screen of death was a disappointment to say the least. Thankfully my Son was able to get it working again but I'm fearful it will happen again.

I would not recommend this laptop. Spend a little more on a computer that will last more than a year. I bought this at a back to school sale in August 2023. I started receiving blue screen errors in December 2023. Over the last couple of months I have sent the computer in 3 times to have the blue screen errors resolved. I finally think that is fixed, but now it is moving extremely slow. This was never an issue before. Only after receiving it back from the 3rd time at the repair center. At this point I’m questioning if it is worth sending a 4th time since they can’t seem to fix their own laptop. This was my first time buying Lenovo and the last.

Basic computer. Meets my needs. Touch pad is horrible. Will be using a mouse instead. Recommend with reservation.

I can't wait to get rid of this laptop. I had very high expectations and needed an upgrade for school. However, this is my first Lenovo and totally disappointed. My camera or speakers work on and off. I'm ready for a meeting and the camera simply stops working. The speakers have to be reseted everytime there is MS Windows 11 upgrade. I was very happy with my old ACER Chromebook that lasted forever. This Lenovo comes with many unwanted surprises that you just wanted to trash it. Also, the screen adapts itself to the large monitor I use and some letters are huge others you can't even read them because they are extremely small. I didn't have any of these issues with my Chromebook which I still have but Google no longer supports it. BTW ACER customer support is excellent but Lenovo won't even pick up the phone.

Couldn't access work email from another country. Had to use friend's OLDER Lenovo to do so. Not good!

Surprised and disappointed in the battery not staying charged. only an hour. Stay close to an outlet Got busy, so can not return.
