    Laptop stopped working 6 months later. Purchased in april 2024. Did Windows and restart. System shutdown and never restarted.

    Probably a great computer if you can get it out of "S" mode. Tried several ways, website, youtube videos and just would not go away. Returned for a different laptop. If you are an IT, it probably would work for you.

    Not great. Found this computer on a list of recommended computers for people with creative jobs and this is not it. It's very slow, and the battery dies in the blink of an eye. Frustrating.

    I ordered this laptop based on the delivery date as i needed it for a business trip. After i ordered it the delivery date changed and it said i wasnt going to get it in time. I frantically tried contacting best buy to try to arrange an in person pickup in the short time i had remaining but i couldn't get in touch with their customer service department. An overall horrible experience. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and have never been contacted by anyone from best buy. Itll be a cold day in hell before I buy anything from them again.

    I bought this on 25-Dec -23 and given a gift to Neice The laptop was not working anymore now, when i reached to customer support, the support is unresponsive, the representative told to transfer to technical support, it was never connected. This is my first product from Lenovo and had very bad experience. All the money and time was spent for this product has been wasted

    No way I will buy a Lenovo product again. This was open box, but they never told me the wireless would quit working in less than 3 months. I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to get a new modem from the ISP, only to spend A BUNCH of $ and the laptop still won't connect. Won't connect at my workplace either. Looks like the darn thing failed in less than 3 months. No drops. No liquids. Just Lenovo product failing badly.

    Its a decent lap top. The safety features make the free antivirus software download pointless because, it wont allow it and if you turn so mode off you void your warranty.

    I have had problems since I bought it with keys being hard to push and it not holding a charge very well and shutting down periodically and the screen turning black

    Purchased July 27, 2023 Motherboard dead September 2, 2024 Laptop died while wife was doing school work. Geek squad says they can ship it to Lenovo for $89 plus repair costs, because it’s outside of the 1yr manufacturer warranty. No wonder this $600 laptop is on clearance a year later for $175. DO NOT BUY LENOVO PRODUCTS!! Never again.

    I have mostly had an HP laptop and my husband coninced me to purchase this lenovo because of the price. they are not alike to me and I have a lot to learn unfortunately.

    Bought this for am x mas gift and didnt work properly straight out of the box. Wouldnt allow any programs to be opened, the time and date were wrong and on top of all that, Lenovo tried making us pay another $60 just to get help with it!! We ended up returning this computer and i will NEVER buy another Lenovo product again. Its mind blowing to me that they tried making us pay for help when it was THEIR product that didnt work as soon as we took it out of the box!

    Good speed. Attractive, sleek design & very lightweight. Nice features including free McAfee & free online MS Office 365. Really easy setup with helpful quick-start info. However, turning off S Mode, which forces the user to obtain downloads ONLY from Microsoft Store, was not very intuitive. We had to do 5-6 searches to obtain proper info. Overall, my husband & I are very pleased with this laptop.

    Its too slow, there are too many problems, i visited the Best Buy store, he refused to return to change it. He told me he fixed it, the ssne day the camera doesn’t work. If it works, the microphone will not work. If thers is zerro, i will give it to this laptop and Best Buy customer service.
