Within 3 hours, the screen was already flickering. It froze up 3 or 4 times, just trying to set it up. I replaced it with an HP that worked awesome for 24 days, so idk if it's a Best Buy thing or if it is garbage overall. Whatever you buy, be prepared to buy protection or it's your peril.

Then it came back bit-lockered and had to have them reset the entire laptop as we had no keycard to unlock it. We lost all of our paid apps and programs that were on it.

Customer service has been horrible.

Poor quality
