    Was trash out of the box. Within 3 hours, the screen was already flickering. It froze up 3 or 4 times, just trying to set it up. I replaced it with an HP that worked awesome for 24 days, so idk if it's a Best Buy thing or if it is garbage overall. Whatever you buy, be prepared to buy protection or it's your peril.

    I bought it at the end of December. It just suddenly died at the end of March. I've sent it to Lenovo for the warranty work, but I don't yet know what they will do for me. Still waiting ...

    The screen is cheap, if you put any pressue at all the backlight can crack. This happened to my kid while she was using a lint free cloth to wipe the dust off.

    Power port melted from defect and had to have it fixed. Then it came back bit-lockered and had to have them reset the entire laptop as we had no keycard to unlock it. We lost all of our paid apps and programs that were on it.

    Battery out of box is extremely poor Maybe 2 hours using it as homework. Most likely reason for store to get rid of them Pretty sad. Speaker and camera just barely loud enough for zoom

    This computer failed within two months of ownership was sent in to Lenovo for repair and was received back in the same non-operational condition. Customer service has been horrible.

    Bought it December 25, 2023 and by May 2024 it started giving me problems. Long story short had to send it to get fixed and a month later it stopped working again.

    This was advertised as Open Box - Excellent Condition. When I powered it up, the screen was dead. It's been at A BB repair facility for two weeks.

    Not even 1 day before it would not load properly- it took 2.5 hours of re-starting until I was able to reset it to erase my personal data. Heading back to Best Buy this morning to get rid of the thing.

    It worked great for a month then gradually the keypad started sticking then by month 3 the touch pad started working intermittently. Don’t waste your money.

    The laptop stopped working within two weeks of purchase. We returned it for a refund. The item was an open box sale that we have had very good luck with in the past but got a lemon this time.
