Battery works for a long time. Fairly easy system to learn. Good screen display and a headphone jack. Personally I dont have any problems other than having to use a debit card to finish setting up the system. Make sure to cancel or stop the card from being withdrawn for Office 365.

This computer is amazing! It's runs fairly quickly, has a decent battery life, and has a decent storage capacity. It's also decently priced. I would definitely recommend this to others.

So far this laptop met my expectations in every way except one - the camera is quite grainy. Other than that, You cannot beat what you are getting for the current price at which they are selling them. It feels great, it is light, and the keyboard feels solid. The resolution (except camera) is fantastic. I did not feel it was fair to take off a whole star just for the camera.

I bought this laptop to replace my chromebook that I kept having issues with, especially with schoolwork. This does much better than that, the battery life isnt amazing, but I'm not on the go so that isn't really a deciding factor to me. It does everything I need it to do and that is really all that matters to me. I love lenovos. I had one before the chromebook, and the chromebook taught me to just keep with Lenovos.

I originally bought a different laptop but it did not have the amount of memory I needed for school and work nor did it have the data speed to keep up with all that I needed to do. I returned it and bought this one and its been great. No lag, enough memory to comfortably do all that I need to do. Highly recommend it to any student/zoom user.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. I am replacing a gaming laptop which I purchased 13 years ago. The Lenova basically has the same configuration as my older one. That’s all I need. The S mode should be removed if you are an experienced user. I use multiple apps which are not security checked by Microsoft and have for many years with no issues. I use a competitive VPN app. Many of the apps from this vendor are included in their S mode store; however, not if MS has a comparable product to offer for purchase. The battery life is not stellar…just sufficient. I am still very happy with this laptop at a wonderful price point. Hopefully, it will last as long as my other laptop. Best Buy TotalTech is great. The Geek Squad moved my data existing data to my new laptop. Transfer was perfect. Overall, I could not be more pleased as a Best Buy customer.

Best computer i ever had it is fast an d the touch screen is fantastic

A great laptop for a good price. Loads programs quickly, boots up fast and is overall pretty snappy. The only con is it comes with windows 11 in S mode. That is an easy fix so you can use programs and apps that are not from the microsoft store.
