Good for basic laptop needs

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Lenovo that I recently purchased from Best buy is a good laptop. For the most part. The "clicker" on the mousepad doesn't work very good, you have to put a bit of force on it to make it work. Also, a problem that I think is attributed to windows 11... is that I uploaded, sorted and put into respective files almost 2,000 photos as well as several videos. I deleted some of those videos and photos from my phone and the next time I turned on the computer, the files were all gone. And no sympathy from Best Buy... So the laptop is good but windows 11 or whatever caused photos/videos to be lost.. not good

I will say it was not shipped as promised per the condition agreement rating... came with no power cord or paper work and was rated like new excelentt condition which should have included original pakaging, cord acc, manual etc. The local store did provide a power cord.
