I had to return my first one and replace under 14 day warranty due to a dead pixel. Lenovo brand bloatware comes preinstalled as well as McAfee be warned. Had to uninstall all that junk. McAfee has their own uninstall tool i had to download and use. Annoying that this also starts in Windows S mode and had to sign into a microsoft account to switch to normal Windows 11. Other than that this laptop is fast and runs well. League of Legends runs almost perfectly 60 fps on very low settings.

It is a good laptop with good features, speed and comfort, it is not heavy and the battery lasts long enough depending on the use, the only detail that I consider is that the frame of the screen despite the fact that it is touch screen is very delicate

My new system is easy to work with. I get my work done with ease. I love the numerical keypad that is to the right side of my keyboard. It also has the number keys above the alphabet keypad. this way when I am working with calculations for my job, I work with a lot of invoices, it is easier to do the calculations with the extra numerical keypad. I was iffy about buying at first. I'm not going to lie, I usually always stick with HP products but since they did have one I actually liked and I needed one in a hurry for work, I went with the Lenovo brand. It looks like I just found a new great piece of electronical hardware for work.

I bought this laptop for my mom and liked it so much, I bought one for myself. Lightweight and very fast.

The Lenovo works well for me. It has good speed and is affordable. The battery life is excellent and the display is clear and crisp. The keyboard is easy to use and comfortable.

I didn’t expect it to so fast!! And I LOVE that I have two options of touch screen and mouse control.

Great computer so far. Has the speed for processing my dj program and the touch screen is a huge bonus. Great price point. Only drawback is my old HP had 3 usb ports and this has 2 so I need a hub adapter.

Bought this for my wife to use as a basic everyday computer for email, light Microsoft Office work, surfing, etc. Not using in any heavy duty or gaming aspect. Have only been using the computer for 2 - 3 weeks, but so far everything is just fine. She likes the computer, it is meeting her needs, and she is even using and liking the touch screen, which is a feature she did not really care about when looking for a computer. We bought this on sale for a very reasonable price (Three forty-nine). We are very happy with it now, and if it continues to perform well and it holds up over time, we would be inclined to give it a 5 star rating.

I’ve only had it for a month or so. Works great so far. The speed is good.

Clear 15" display, plenty of memory (8GB) and SSD (512GB), and an i5 processor. This was a replacement for my wife's previous laptop, and it's much faster (running Windows 11).

This laptop is a really good option for a college student. This particular laptop however went into sleep mode then would not turn back on so it had to be exchanged. we opted for the same model since we already have this brand at home and like the brand. So far the replacement is working. The first one only worked for 4 days but since our son had not set it up until getting on campus we were literally on the 15th day, but since we had purchased the add on warranty plan we had more than enough time to return it. I would always suggest paying that extra for the premium plan because had we not purchased it we would not have been able to exchange the laptop for a replacement, but Best Buy took care of us and my son had his laptop in had and ready for the next day's classes.

Like the size and that it has a numbers pad on it. Light weight and starts up quickly.
