In May 2023, I purchased a Lenovo - Ideapad 3i 15.6" FHD Touch Laptop - Core i5-1135G7 with 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD through an open box deal for my wife. It turned out to be an excellent decision, as I acquired a fantastic product at a 40% discount. I was so pleased with the laptop that when my old one encountered issues in February 2024, I returned to Best Buy to purchase the same model for myself. Thank you, Best Buy, for providing such great value.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. It can stream videos flawlessly, play some casual games, and has decent battery life. The touchscreen is nice and responsive.

I already have all my main computing needs handled by my Macs, but I needed a windows computer to run some specific software for school. I didn’t anything super powerful or fancy, but something still capable, and this one was on sale at the time of purchase. I’ve had Lenovo products in the past and have no issue with them before. The overall use of the laptop is fine. It does what it needs to do well. The battery could be better, but it does charge fast. I still think Lenovo’s laptop keyboards are at the top tier for quality. I’m satisfied with this computer for what I need it to do.

Great laptop overall for those on a budget and want no Lag just performance i even make my own music productions on this laptop even dj at live events touch is cool but i bearly use it but handy u can play certain games on it too its almost a workhorse

As a senior citizen with limited technical expertise, I contacted the Geek Squad for advice on purchasing a new laptop. After describing my typical usage and needs, your gentleman recommended a couple of choices. I decided on the Lenova-Ideapad. I am very pleased with both my new laptop as well as the excellent support that I received from the Geek Squad. The are experts in assisting "non-techie" senior citizens.

The Lenovo Ideapad is so fast compared to the old chrome book. With the touchscreen there's no need for a mouse. It is well built with a rugged case.

My old laptop was old and slow. This new one is fast, easy to operate and a joy to use. I am glad I finally made the plunge and traded up.

This laptop just works great, exactly what my son need for college, pretty quick, loads up fast and battery last long. Very happy!

Got this laptop for my sister and she loves it. Its great for every day school and work. It may not be the best for gaming or streaming 4K but the SSD and touch screen make it worth the price
