Great value Laptop

My son is a computer guru. I told him that i didn't need all the frill of a high tech computer. He pointed this one out and for what i am getting based on the price was a no brainer. Battery drainer

It starts up quick, and works well. BUT, it CONSTANTLY drains the battery. On a full charge, I shut down properly, but when I turn on the laptop days later - I'm at half power or less. I use this laptop for work, so there are days or even weeks where I'm not using it. Sometimes I go to turn it on, and it's completely dead. And sometimes when I flip open the screen, the power light is already on. I wouldn't buy this laptop again, knowing that it drains battery even when it's supposed to be off.

Great but got BSOD a month after warranty expired
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this Ideapad 3i to replace my old 110. I travel quite a bit and I wanted something lighter. I loved everything about it, especially the touchpad. However, it got a BSOD exactly a month after the Lenovo warranty expired (which is why 4 stars and not 5). Also, I didn't archive my bitlocker key and had to do a clean in, but that's a whole different issue. Been a long time Lenovo user and I highly recommend all their products.
