It works seamless and I am able to complete all my tasks without facing any issues. Also got it from Best Buy at a very reasonable price. I use Microsoft products most days, watch youtube videos, send emails, and use zoom / teams. The battery holds a charge from 3-6 hours depending on demands and the screen is beautiful when watching videos. I got this laptop on black friday sale and it was 100% worth for me.

Light in weight and best in configuration for day to day tasks and a bit of computing. I have been looking for similar models every black friday for gifting to family members!

Love My New Laptop

Use it with web-based applications and often streaming at same time on secondary monitor - no issues at all. Very fast, processing speed is great.

Expandable memory was able to drop a 16gb ram in to make it a total 24gb of ram. I use it to steamlink and ps remote play and it works well for that. The power cord they gave me wasn't the correct one, it works but I noticed it started to heat up on the power brick a bit too hot.
