Love the fact it is touch screen. Easy to navigate and its. Not slow at all

Needed to update my at home laptop and picked this one out. It does not disappoint! Easy set up, access. I work from home and have no issues at all. Fast running, stays charged I added my other monitors and keyboard and its perfect for my needs.

The computer performs well and is a great value for the price. The trackpad, keyboard, and touchscreen are great. Love that it has the 10key pad, even if the backspace and num lock keys are a bit close together. The processor runs smoothly and quickly and handles my administrative tasks with no issues. I use it for business, Excel, Quickbooks, Web, etc. I have not tried it for intensive tasks like video editing as I do not need those. HOWEVER, the battery life on my unit is atrocious. It will not charge above 60% no matter how long I have it plugged in, and the battery life drains too quickly once it is unplugged. I will probably have to return this unit as it seems to have a defective battery. But if yours has a good battery that can hold a full charge, this is a good laptop for any set of simple tasks.

Ordered the Lenovo from a Best Buy 24 hour offer. Just what I was looking for to replace an old laptop from a prior job. Very easy, step by step, setup. Very intuitive. It also symced with my cell phone, which I had never before done. Makes life easy!

Very nice laptop. Does what we need out of it - web surfing, documents, videos, etc. touch screen works well. Keyboard feels nice. Perfectly good out of the box, great overall experience.

Lightweight, easy travel, good keyboard and decent screen Wish battery life was better, and it can get a little bit warm if on your lap or not on a flat cool surface

Great laptop, touch screen works perfectly and got me through college. Can run some games but not a beast by any means, great office work laptop imo!

This is a remarkable machine. My favorite feature was the graphics. The picture was so clear and crisp! Watching movies was really cool. It had a great processor, and tons of hard drive space. It was not a 2 in 1, but that is no a deal breaker if your looking for a beautiful machine.

I normally purchase HP laptops for personal use but my employer issued laptop is a Lenovo. In comparing the two brands for this purchase 6 weeks ago, Lenovo stacked up better. Very happy with my choice. Great value and robustly quality product display and performance thus far.

I really like what I can do with my Lenovo Laptop. The memory and the speed are great. I really loved the price and Best Buy makes payment options so great and also, I love the ease of making payments over the phone. I am really happy with my Lenovo Laptop

I love my lap too. Very practical. Light. Easy to take anywhere. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I have to go to lots of appts, read and signed some papers, this was the best way to deal with all that and not going to the public library.

I haven’t owned a laptop for a few years because my last laptop was horrible. However, this one is AMAZING! It runs so smoothly and it is so quiet, but more importantly I have zero issues with connectivity to WiFi compared to my last one.

I actually returned this item without opening it, but not because for the product> I had wanted a 17" laptop, and when Best Buy dropped a 17' HP to $399, I grabbed it and returned this one. My family has 3 of these Lenovo laptops..the slightly older, lower performance versions (I3 processor, 8gb ram, 256gb ssd), and my guess is that this one would have been even better with I5 and 512ssd

The laptop is fast no scratch and l love the color too the charger is in good condition and it charges really fast . The laptop bag is wonderful. It fits perfectly with the laptop. There is space for the charger and my wallet.

Hardware quality good, with some nice features. The “s” version of windows on the other hand stands for something other than speed or security. Makes it hard to run non-Microsoft software and really longer and harder than it should be to defeat the “S” product. Once you get past that, fairly decent lightweight machine.

I like my computer alot. It seems pretty easy to work on. Iam still new with it. In learning what the computer can do. So far i like the computer. There has not been nothing i do not like about it. I definetly would recommend this computer for anyone who wants a computer that will last up to 5 yrs.

Great laptop overall for those on a budget and want no Lag just performance i even make my own music productions on this laptop even dj at live events touch is cool but i bearly use it but handy u can play certain games on it too its almost a workhorse

I havent used the computer other than to set up and transfer files for safe keeping. I have a Lenova that is a bit larger and just LOVE it but I had a recent scare that I might have been invaded. Best Buy (Best ever techs) are the greatest and stay friendly and patient when I brough my Lenova that I have had for quite a while. I purchased this computer as a back up and rarely need to connect to the internet. I move info and files to this Lenovo and do not use it to connect to internet or any sites to protect it. I have been in the process to copy important info to this one. I love my purple Lenova so when I decided to get a second laptop I definately want a Lenovo. Best Buy' geek squad is the very best and the most patient and understanding techs and SOOO appreciate their calm and willing to listen makes them top notch. I have recently recommended a friend who called me that her computer was fighting back (lol) and I said call them and go to Geek Squad (the one at Best Buys West Des Moines IA )
