I was not told about this until after I paid for it, the geek squad person is the one who told me.

It is very easy to use and it setup quickly. This is my first laptop as I have always had a desktop before. I use it for email, paying bills and shopping.

The worst draw back for me is that I can not connect to my work website. I do blame this on myself for not filling understanding that an Idea book is not the same as a computer.
