When I went back to inform them of the issue. They graciously informed me that I could receive another. I humbly accepted the product same laptop back and it has worked flawlessly to this day. I mainly use it for my schoolwork and some minor gaming habits, but the overall laptop is a great piece of hardware.

But once you get past the end run, then the computer is fast and easy to use and over all a great buy
