Great laptop for work. I have recommended it to several coworkers.

Good and reliable. I use this to work from home. I don't need anything super fancy, just something that gets the job done and won't be worked too hard.

Got this for my daughter as her first laptop. She loves it now that I have taken it out of "S" mode. Most people probably would not like this as its not the fastest but its a good first computer. She adores the touchscreen.

Very good laptop, it doesn't come with the finger scan password like it shows in the video but other than that great. The screen is also finger print resistant so it wont leave marks when you touch your screen

Haven’t had the chance to take full advantage of this new Lenova but granted I'm sure it will be equally user friendly as my faithful Lenova Think Pad. Thank you, Best Buy, for your ongoing customer follow-up.

Bought it as a gift for a grandparent! Haven't had any issues and its a good basic computer for all her needs. I wouldn't expect any major work or files to be able to run smoothly on here since it doesn't have a lot of space, but for basic day to day stuff, it works great!

Excellent laptop. Easy to setup. Fast startup and fast downloads. Has plenty of storage space. I bought itasa retirement gift for my wife. She is very pleased with it.

Great little laptop but microsoft had an "S" lock on the apps and i couldnt download a geotracker for a site that i needed. Had to call an IT man to help figure out why and how to correct it. Now that it is turned off and I can download non Microsoft apps, i am happy with it.

Thus laptop has everything I need as a real estate agent who works from my computer at all times.

Kids use it for light gaming like roblox and such . I've used it on occasions for streaming services seems okay. Wish it had a backlight on keyboard though.

Nice little laptop for the price. The mouse and keyboard are pretty good compared to higher end models. As a starting laptop for light weight duties like paying bills and internet surfing it is perfect.

After looking at several different Laptops I settled on this one. I'm so happy that I did, it's a great high quality computer at a decent price point.

Really liked the Geek Squad woman, Lily, who was very helpful to me, an octogenarian. And it was pleasing that she was there to help me get started with my new computer when I came back to pick it up.

Had to give 5 stars cause this is a Christmas gift & my husband won't let me use it till then (lol) I'll be back with a real review after Christmas

I bought this as a company laptop. It works amazing on the Google documents that I am working on along with drafting PDF files. Would highly recommend
