Geek Squad is a joke

They don't do any repairs there, but have to send it N. Carolina, which takes several days there and back. Oh, and it costs $80 for shipping alone. I purchased my laptop only a few months ago, but was chastised for not having taken out a warrantee. $59 a year for a $300 computer? As I said, it was only a few months old, didn't expect to need a warrantee.
