I purchased this laptop for my daughter and she loves it. The price was not bad either.

Methinks it is good, however, it was a gift so I have no hands-on information. Everything about the purchase was great.

I got this laptop for the price. My kids are too rough to warrant investing in a Mac - my preferred computer choice since a Windows update wiped out my laptop several years ago. I spent hours setting this thing up. Updating and restarting. Updating and restarting. Figure out how to setup user accounts for each child (Microsoft makes this neither easy nor straightforward.) Logging into, verifying ID, and logging out of multiple Microsoft accounts ("We're going to send you a password to verify your ID" should be a drinking game). Then trying to load games for my kids to use. A few hours (yes, hours) in, after failing to get software to install that would simply disappear with a double click, I started researching troubleshooting methods. After going through the works, turning off Firewalls and the like, I found Windows S Mode operating system the culprit. This operating system only lets you download software from the Microsoft store. There is no workaround except for replacing it. I followed the steps to do so and behold... Roblox and Minecraft. Six hours later. Sigh. I told the kids they better take care of it. I will never set up a Windows PC again. They can get my old Mac when I upgrade to a newer model when and if it ever slows down. Thanks again, Microsoft, for making me feel secure in my decision to spend extra on a Mac, where all you have to do is login with your Apple ID during setup and wait for it to move files from the cloud or external hard drive to move on with your life.

Pretty good laptop for my kids to do HW and study on the go when we go to the library or travel.

I feel this a very good unit for the price. There is always going to be better units but for the price this is pretty awesome. Does everything a person needs to do. A+++

Laptop is in good condition. Software is working as it should. Bought it at a reasonable price. No complains here.

Dont buy a open box. Mine dodnt have the screws in back l. Panel cwme off. But debice isvgreat
