So I bought this one so I could send the other one away to get fixed. But this one seems to have inferior sound, memory, everything, just does not seem to be of the best quality. So I am disappointed, don't know if it's just this one I got or if this is how Ideapads are.

I payed extra for accidental damage. My computer messed up within 2 weeks of having it and i called them about it. I was still covered under best buy so no big deal they replaced it. My problem is lenovo won't switch my accidental damage protection over to my new computer! I talked to 3 different people and finally got a refund and had to buy it all over again for my new computer.
