After 16 months both hinges broke. poor quality. thanks.

Purchased a Open Box-Excellent condition but when i received it and try to plug the power cord adapter into the laptop the plug was too big and did not fit into the laptop. Also the power adapter was not made by Lenovo so i guess somebody put a different one inside the box. Have to return it back for a refund.

The i3 CPU and 8G memory is barely enough for daily use.

After purchase, I discovered that this computer came with windows S, which means I couldn't download any app that wasn't approved by Microsoft. It cost me an additional $120.00 to get it removed and windows pro installed. I should have been warned by Best Buy or Microsoft but neither said a word...I'll know better the next time.

Did not accept latest upgrade and that made it difficult to use with other programs.

Mousepad gets stuck at times. Frustrating at times.

This is my 3rd Lenovo - replaces an aging laptop (8 YEARS!!!) and I'm still using the desktop of that age. I bought this and an extra 8G of RAM and it's been amazing right out of the box. Lightning fast and easy setup. Display is great and battery life is as well. I'm able to move from room to room for hours without disruption or issues of any kind. I can't speak to gaming capabilities but for internet/web surfing, streaming etc... it's perfect. Software has all the essentials and apps download easily (get rid of S mode first) and quickly. There is less bloatware than on my last machines and what is installed is easy to work around. For my needs, this is a perfect laptop at an unbelievable price.

Ok computer. Not very powerful at all. The screen is 4k i believe which is a plus

The Display wasn't built to last. Bought item and lasted just over a year. Use for basic browsing and office work which is priced right for. But my grip is with the durability. Despite it being is stationary position and properly handled display just died.

I've had this laptop only a few days. This device is very slow, but I was attempting to deal with it in order to do my work. The first issue I noticed was after setup and downloading windows updates. Selecting "update and restart" and the device never restarts; it just stays off. Next it froze up on me and I had to do a hard reset to force shutdown and restart. Earlier today I had a hard time getting it to turn on from cold start. It was significantly delayed. I just ordered a device directly from one of the big names. I'm returning this device.

Not happy! Touchscreen stopped working in a year. Light use but of no use now.

This purchase was a terrible move to make. In less than a year, the control board went out. It was covered by warranty but after repair, keeps repeatedly asking for bitlocker key through my Microsoft account in order to operate. I hate that I purchased this and plan to pursue some sort of compensation. This is purely a sour lemon.

Horrible! Had to return it because it would not allow you to download and install any 3rd party apps. It would automatically launch a popup telling you that you can only download from Microsoft store and even though you can select an option to change it in setting there is no actual setting that you can change it and I even watched a YouTube tutorial that walks you through the steps but it doesn't have the same option or choices at least not with this laptop so I did a factory reset and returned it the very next day to BestBuy.

I only use this laptop for teaching special classes, probably 6 weeks since I bought it in fall of 2023 and it will not turn on. What a waste of money!

For the first day it charged completely after that would only charge 60% and kept going down to 50% while plugged in. I just returned for a full refund

The battery life lasts not even a whole day before you have to charge it. It’s so annoying I should’ve returned when I had the chance lol

I ordered a computer it was damaged,so they sent it back I ordered another one, I NEVER GOT IT.. I called and someone told me I couldnt have one at sale price. THATS NOT RIGHT!!

Worked great until four months later the device wont power on. I only use it for school. I fully charged it but the device will not power on. Huge inconvenience. Have so many documents saved on the device and school work to do. Seen online others had same issue. Not okay!

Excited at 1st until the set up was completed and found out there was an issue with the software included with the lap top. After hours on the phone with Geek Squad they recommended to bring the Lap top to the store top be looked at. They gave me a exchange for a different brand since the Lenovo was sold out.
