    Removed from the box and it didn’t turn on so we plugged it to charge. As soon as we plugged it in, it started smelling like something was burning. Returned it but they didn’t have any more in stock.

    Had this computer for less than a week and it completely died on me, wouldn’t turn on or anything. Had to return it, so glad I had a warranty. Idk what happened, I downloaded something and then right after it just shut off. So beware it was a nice laptop with a great camera and I loved the camera cover feature it was such a disappointment that it didnt last

    Unfortunately, this is running Windows 11, and would not allow me to activate it without registering a Microsoft account.

    I think it sucks, tried using it twice, I don't like how it doesn't allow google chrome without warning me about how dangerous it is, and it doesn't have a disk drive. I was completely blind sided when I got it. Wish I had payed more attention. I would have bought a better one. And it's honestly such an embarassing purchase that I wouldn't gift it to my least favorite person.

    BOUGHT 2 AND THEY BOTH ARRIVED WITH WRONG SERIAL NUMBERS TO MATCH ORDER. IF THAT WASN'T BAD ENOUGH ONE OF THE LAPTOPS DOESN'T RECOGNIZE EXTRA DDR WHEN INSERTED, CALLED NICHOLE AT BEST TO GET HELP AND WAS HUNG UP ON. WOW, WHAT A NICE CHRISTMAS.

    Battery is depleted more than 50% after only a few hours use, even after changing power options. I purchased the laptop planning to upgrade the drive for more space but the drive ended up being different than stated in description preventing me from upgrading.

    Stolen laptop

    The computer was delivered by an app called Rodie but It wasn’t delivered to my address. The address for delivery was correct and the person left the laptop and sent a picture and that was not my house. There’s no way to contact this app or the driver. Walking in Best Buy they didn’t help. Just be careful and pick the choice pick up at store!

    I really liked the latop but never had a chance to use it. After setup it had booting issues. Did a lot of troubleshooting to no avail, then all of a sudden it just died never to come back on. Tech support tried but gave up and told me to exchange or return. I might try another brand now

    For 3 days my computer kept turning off. I felt it was maybe charging issue. Today when it turned off it smells like smoke. It will not turn back on.

    Totally disappointed 6 months ago I bought it, I liked it because I thought this Lenovo brand was good quality and nothing is failing, the Wi-Fi connection disconnects very often... and the battery doesn't last long, it really stinks

    Complete garbage i cant download anything not videogames or any of my colleges programs because it "isnt a mircorsoft verified app" those are the only reason i bought itand it dosent give a opption to change it in setting.

    Took over 3 weeks for 2 day shipping. Received the bill a week before the produce. Customer service lied stating they would cancel the order, but never did. We still received order and had to drive to return.

    What is to review when my order wss cancelled 3 times. Including when I went to the store in person to verify my identity. The order wad cancelled after I left the store.

    I believe this product was used because there is a email address that pops up a lot like someone else's was saved. The laptop runs slow and freezes alot
