    For the money an excellent value. However, spent too much time with customer support and Tech trying to figure out what was the correct way to update RAM. I should not have trusted them to know there product; they were wrong. Which of course created a hassle; returning the wrong RAM card and reordering the correct one.

    Excellent computer! I love everything about it! However, it was an open box, and I was disappointed with the way I received it. While the computer looked brand new, the screen was dirty and there were crumbs over the keypad....
