This seems to be an adequate laptop and the price was decent.

Computer is excellent so far. The only negative was up front with the geek squad. The tech was great, but he was limited to 20 minutes. We went once and his supervisor was hovering over him telling him he had to wrap it up. Sad, not very professional. I paid about $150 for tech service that was metered.

Enjoying my new Lenovo laptop. Old one kept blue screening and I needed to secure a new one. Glad I made this purchase. Geek squad assisted with setup of new laptop. They provided great service and answered all my questions. Thanks.

I have had quite a few problems with a different name brand this year but Best Buy were gracious and patient. I finally traded in for this model, which has not give me one day of problems. Thank you Best Buy for treating your customers so well

I bought this back September 2023 for school and personal use and in July of this year I was having issues with it charging correctly. I would have to wrap the cord around the computer in several ways just for it to charge for the day and it was stressful to deal with. Yesterday the charging piece came out and my computer and I went to a computer repair shop and he basically told me itd be too expensive to repair so i might as well just buy a new one. There were a few minor things that bothered me like the poor battery life and how slow itd run at times but i genuinely did like the computer after the first year i had it.

Nice graphics. Sturdy build and very fast. My Granddaughter loves it.
