Nice, easy to use laptop! Enough memory for daily use and great functionality. Easily set up main screen for quick access to everything I needed. This is my second Lenovo laptop and I would go back and get the same one again.

I bought this for school and it hasnt let me down. This laptop has worked great for me. The battery life is soso, but that was to be expected with a 3 cel bat. Overall it was a great purchase.

Bought this for my daughter for school seems to serve its purpose pretty well although it’s not real fancy it is a good size though and gets the job done good for the price

Best Buy has the most terrible customer service I have experienced in a looong time. Don't shop there often but went in to buy a laptop that I had previously researched. It should ahve taken 5 minutes to grab it, pay and go. Instead, I waited on the sales floor for over 45 minutes while the only sales rep in the computer department helped an elderly customer walk through the entire history of laptops vs desktops and then line by line through the warranty. 45 freaking minutes while others sales people wandered aimlessly but couldn't help in his department. I eventually stood there and ordered the laptop from my phone while I waited. When my online purchase was complete I walked out ofthe store and waited for my delivery. The store itself was almost completely empty as usual. The laptop arrived and is working great.

This computer meets all of my needs. I use it for writing and general social media and some light photo editing. Its fast, boots up quickly, and it works well for what I use it for.

Information for this laptop was transferred from the old device to the new device. It absolutely fits my needs however I specifically asked for a backlit keyboard - does NOT have. I do not care for the gaming options that keep popping up as I said I would never use.

Transaction went very well. Data was transferred from my old laptop by the "GeekSquad" without a hitch. Everything worked well upon startup and has continued to work well.

This was a gift for my mom. It's a great option for someone who just wants to navigate the internet and have some internal storage for pictures, videos, etc. Overall, she is happy with the purchase.

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop without a lot of bells and whistles. My primary use for my laptop is word processing, some spreadsheet work, and accessing the internet. The Lenovo did exactly what I needed.

The computer is working just fine. The Windows 11 it comes with seems to have kidnapped it. First it was the computer ran in S mode, supposedly to help it run more efficient and increase the battery run time. But it prevented the download of any software not included in the Windows store. Once disabled, I tried to change the default web browser, following the instructions to the letter. But again, I ran into a roadblock and don't know a way around it. So right now I am forced to use the Microsoft web browser and cannot sync it up with my android phone. If you are a Microsoft fan, then this is an excellent machine. If your preference is to use Google as your browser, keep shopping.

This laptop works great for some chat work, school work and light gaming. Games such as Minecraft or 7 Day to Die run well without any lag issues. It also runs multiple programs with no issues and doesn't heat up like previous laptops.

This is my second Lenovo product, and my experience has been great. A recent Best Buy sale made it possible for me to replace my original laptop when it began to slow down after almost 8 years. Great product at a very affordable price.

I have always bought Dell computers. But this time it was just to expensive. So I tried this one. I love it more than any Dell I have ever had. This is a very good computer.

I wasn’t sure about what I really need as this is my first laptop purchase. But Joseph was very patient to explain what I should go for and why I should go for it. Overall the Lenovo ideapad is just what I need . Will surely recommend.

Absolutely loving my Laptop! It's got the perfect mix of power and portability for my busy lifestyle. It meets all my needs. Definitely recommend it if you want a laptop that can do it all!
