The Geek Squad tried everything to get it fixed, but they finally declared it defective. We ended up having to put more money toward a similar replacement.

Then I bought another one like this for my other daughter and then had issues with the screen. Stopped working. Maybe I just had back luck with this brand

Horrible laptop. Fell apart within 3 months

It stopped working within 3 months of normal use and was given no help. I wanted a way nicer laptop that I spent years researching and saving up for. I decided since I needed a laptop for classes that I would get one now. Big mistake. I got this dumbed on me and told it’s this or nothing else. So I was stuck. I’ll never buy from Best Buy ever again
