    Excep tfor the fact the mother board died at about 19 months, this computer was an excellent value and worked fine for basic home computing. It was easy to set up and ran all appliations well. The frame was solid, light weight, and easy to carry.

    excellent price for quality PC (purchased floor stock PC as is). PC functional but someone I assumed connected to store had used the computer and created a owner security profile. Had to return unit to Geek Squad in store who reloaded windows home 11 replaced windows 11 S. Received courteous and prompt service so still will continue to purchase from Best Buy in future.
