    Bought for our son as he went off to college. Seemed a good value for the sale price & in stock availability at the time. It seems to be working just fine for his needs so far. Only complaint has been battery life & that it won’t make him a sandwich while he’s studying. Other than that, has been a solid laptop.

    The return process was quick, easy and accurate. (I returned the laptop unopened because I’d hoped that the laptop I’d bought less than 2 years earlier could be repaired when it simply stopped receiving a charge. The cost was almost as much a new one.
