The laptop looked brand new and was user friendly. Easy to set up and install all the updates. It came as described and is perfect for everything I need for home and school.

Still getting to know this laptop but it has really helped in my work. I'm a daytrader and needed to upgrade from a Chromebook. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Bought for DND and it runs multiple tasks well enough, good battery life

excellent for everyday--browsing etc--but probably not for heavy gaming--

bought this laptop to use at my mechanic job, works great and was easy to setup.

Love my computer, great specs, fast and haven’t had a problem yet. The only thing I didn’t like was the customer service in the store when I went in to do a pickup online order, which they make it so easy for you just to pick up in store. But the lady who had helped me was very rude, didn’t give me a bag, rolled her eyes. And it was very unprofessional. But over all the experience with the computer has been very good.

Honestly speaking this laptop is a pretty decent laptop, it does what you expect from a laptop from booting up, running apps, and any other things that you would expect from a laptop at this price. However, be on the lookout for battery usage, if I do some normal work on it the battery last like 6-7 hours, if you do a little gaming on it or something intense on it, don't expect it to last more 3-4 hours. Except for the battery everything else is pretty fast and enjoyable.

Not the easiest Computer to find what your looking for. Very complicated. The salesperson did not tell me the truth when I purchased it, she said I would receive any new sales price that was coming out on black Friday. Which I was told today when I called Price Match, I do not get the black friday sales price. She also led me to believe that the Disc reader I purchased was correct as I have many discs that have all my photos on them. There is NO disc reader on the market yet, for Windows 10. Therefore I am very upset about the total purchase.
