Manufacturer issue?

It would have black lines across the screen when switching tabs and the whole screen would randomly black out constantly. Other than this manufacturer issue it was perfectly fine. Pretty marked up just for the touchscreen it seems. Got a faster better working laptop for half the price and it came with an SD.

A week aftwr she received it, she called and expressed how pleased she is with it. She has also said that the memory capacity or space of this product is precisely what she needed. She is currently using it for school assignments such as research writing and other writing projects.

My new low footprint laptop

I liked that she didn't try to sell me something that I didn't want. It has a low footprint when I leave to go and do other things, it doesn't stick out like my older all-in-one computer. The battery is not very good and lasts a couple hours. It will get hot after a while. The specs aren't too special, but the laptop does run slow and has frozen up while I've used it. This laptop is an ok laptop just for everyday office use.

Liked initially but didn’t last

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop feels sturdy yet lightweight, easy to use, and has a nice processing speed for web search, online bill pay, etc. However, after 18 months of fairly light use (less than 10 hours a month), the motherboard failed. Keep in mind, the warranty is only 12 months. I was happy with the laptop until now; the return on investment has been quite disappointing.
