    Can't Wait to Get Rid of this Lenovo Trash :)

    I can't wait to get rid of this laptop. I had very high expectations and needed an upgrade for school. However, this is my first Lenovo and totally disappointed. My camera or speakers work on and off. I'm ready for a meeting and the camera simply stops working. The speakers have to be reseted everytime there is MS Windows 11 upgrade. I was very happy with my old ACER Chromebook that lasted forever. This Lenovo comes with many unwanted surprises that you just wanted to trash it. Also, the screen adapts itself to the large monitor I use and some letters are huge others you can't even read them because they are extremely small. I didn't have any of these issues with my Chromebook which I still have but Google no longer supports it. BTW ACER customer support is excellent but Lenovo won't even pick up the phone.

      Hi, MariG. We are sorry to hear that your IdeaPad 3i has fallen short of your expectations and the issues you've encountered. To try to resolve this, first, we recommend checking for and installing any available updates through the Lenovo Vantage application (the full version can only be installed if your device is not in S-Mode). Applying updates here will supply BIOS, driver, and firmware updates that do not populate in Windows Update Settings, leading to outdated system software, which can cause a myriad of issues. Also, there are several options to contact Lenovo Support under the Support tab in Vantage.     Surprised and disappointed in the battery not staying charged. only an hour. Stay close to an outlet Got busy, so can not return.

    Not great slow to load. But graphic looked nice. Definitely not buying again, seems like crap

    My new laptop is just okay. I completely hate the "mouse" it has. The mouse jumps wherever it pleases and inserts whatever I am typing without me even realizing it. I, then, need to continually fix whatever I'm working on. I wish these came with BETTER information packages.

      Hello, Tabby. We are sorry to hear that you have encoutnered an issue with your IdeaPad 3i 15. Regarding the mouse or touchpad, you can adjust the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom of your Windows 11 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. If after making suitable adjustments and your issue persists, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Tech Support and providing a representative with details of your issue, so that they may help by providing a solution for you.     Good computer when it worked

    Good laptop when it was functional but the power button was stuck and it was unreliable when it came to turning on the machine. I had it repaired by Lenovo but the problem came back a few months later so not sure if they actually fixed anything. My son uses it for college so we really need for it to turn on and work reliably. We do not have time to waste sending it back in for repairs which took a few weeks as he needs it in school and I am not confident in their ability to repair it. I tried to get it replaced by Best Buy and they were no help so now we have a useless paper weight and I had to buy my sone a new laptop

    Not able to run Chrome on it. Unable to load Chrome because of s bs.

    Inconsistent Battery life!

    I observed the performance of the battery for three days but it showed very inconsistent graph like at 75% Battery, it showed time remaining 1h 16 min, at 74 % - 6h 30 min, at 72% - 5h 33min; at 66% 6h 54 min; at 55% 2h 59min, at 30% 30 min, at 27% 1h 46 min, at 23% 2h 28 min, at 14% 59 min, at 13% 1h 22 min and so on. The laptop appears to be robust physically but could not wait more until return period expires. So I returned it at the Best Buy store without any problems/issues. If you’re lucky to get one without any battery issues, definitely you wouldn’t be disappointed having this laptop!!!

    I bought this laptop due to it’s good reviews. Upon getting this laptop it has run slow, and at times won’t connect to my wifi. Really frustrating while trying to work on school work. Not a terrible laptop for the price, but next time I would do more research and probably not purchase this laptop brand again.

    Bluetooth is very sub par, otherwise very nice laptop. Hot spot works great also.

    Geek squad tech was in a hurry that day

    Product was an "Open Box" purchase. Everything was included. First power up - Windows 11/s went into a windows install loop - . Looks like the Windows/11 S install image was from a network drive install. Had to hit power button a few times to get into Windows troubleshooting mode. Did a complete windows reset installation. The only lost was my time (couple hours). If I would have been a regular non-geek customer it would have had to be sent back, or a few hours of phone support I like the product, delivery time, price and method - but the Geek squad tech was in a hurry that day.

    i had this computer less than a year. it died. both best buy and lenovo wanted to help me at all. best buy wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars, lenovo just told me to buy a new computer. the computers motherboard shouldn’t have broken if i only used it a handful of times

    The computer was easy to activate and worked for several days before becoming totally unworkable. The Geek Squad tried everything to get it fixed, but they finally declared it defective. We ended up having to put more money toward a similar replacement.
