Fortunately, it was under warranty and I was able to have it fixed for free. However, I ran into the same issue a coupe of months later and it is no longer under warranty.

Tried several ways, website, youtube videos and just would not go away. Returned for a different laptop. If you are an IT, it probably would work for you.

After i ordered it the delivery date changed and it said i wasnt going to get it in time. I frantically tried contacting best buy to try to arrange an in person pickup in the short time i had remaining but i couldn't get in touch with their customer service department. An overall horrible experience. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and have never been contacted by anyone from best buy. Itll be a cold day in hell before I buy anything from them again.

This is my first product from Lenovo and had very bad experience. All the money and time was spent for this product has been wasted

This was open box, but they never told me the wireless would quit working in less than 3 months. I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to get a new modem from the ISP, only to spend A BUNCH of $ and the laptop still won't connect. Won't connect at my workplace either. Looks like the darn thing failed in less than 3 months. No drops. No liquids. Just Lenovo product failing badly.

The safety features make the free antivirus software download pointless because, it wont allow it and if you turn so mode off you void your warranty.

This model IdeaPad does ship with Windows 11 Home in S-Mode – a lighter, more secure version of Windows 11, only allowing installation of applications available through the Microsoft Store. Should you decide to switch to Windows 11 Home, it is quick and easy, and can be done without voiding your manufacturer warranty. Doing so will then allow you to install any compatible software that you desire. Geek squad says they can ship it to Lenovo for $89 plus repair costs, because it’s outside of the 1yr manufacturer warranty. No wonder this $600 laptop is on clearance a year later for $175. DO NOT BUY LENOVO PRODUCTS!! Never again.

Wouldnt allow any programs to be opened, the time and date were wrong and on top of all that, Lenovo tried making us pay another $60 just to get help with it!! We ended up returning this computer and i will NEVER buy another Lenovo product again. Its mind blowing to me that they tried making us pay for help when it was THEIR product that didnt work as soon as we took it out of the box!
