I needed a new laptop which a young lady asked me a few questions and directed me to exactly what I should get concerning what I was using it for. They set it up, explained windows 11 to me and I was on my way. I would highly recommend my associates to Best Buy along with the Geek Squad.

I got this laptop for very basic needs. I needed a laptop to bring to work to use as needed for paying bills, browsing the web, and housing personal files on so that I did not have to use my work laptop. The screen is nice and big, lightweight, and snappy responses for my needs and usage. I am overall very happy with this purchase.

Laptop is good and have no complants theor are no issues and it handles basic games great if you are having problems playing sophisticated video games I recommemd getting a more expensive laptop thats designed for gaming.

The Lenovo Ideapad is a great laptop. I use this laptop for everything, it is very reliable. I even use it to play games from my Xbox game pass when I'm away from home. It runs League of Legends with no problems too.

The computer itself works well and meets expectations as far as ease of use.

This laptop is pretty good, I bought the open box one and it turned out to be a good decision. I have not faced any issues in replacement window. Laptop look is good , it comes with windows 11 , some inbuilt features . battery life is not the best but its better than average.

I have been using my idea pad for a year now and it’s so good. 10/10 I use it for college but it’s a bit heavy.

Great for 5 months, then 80% of the screen stopped working while I was using it, not due to a drop. Practically unusable. Called Lenovo customer service. Was told 1-year warranty does not cover defective screens. Asked if I would like to buy a new LCD screen from Lenovo for just $277. I paid $420 for the computer! Major disappointment. Buyer beware! No more Lenovos for me!

Nice price laptop as it was on sale and in stock. Dark blue with black keys. Needed a basic computer and this one was a great fit.
