I had the best help finding exactly what I needed with the customer service rep , this worked perfect for school and work. The only complaint I have is the battery life.

This is a GREAT machine for the price. Didn’t realize how slow my (now crashed) Sony laptop was. Not a gaming PC but just basic functions - this is the right machine!

Once you get used to the Windows 11, this computer is ideal for my needs. As the salesman said if you don't need extra storage you shouldn't pay the extra cost.
