    Really nice, affordable PC that does everything I need one to do. Keyboard layout and touch-screen and item weight are all good. While its RAM and processor speed might not be that of a more powerful & expensive laptop, I have no problems with or reservations about this product.

    I bought this for a friend and she is extremely happy with it. Due to the solid state drive, it is quick to respond. She also likes being able to use the touch-screen. It is lightning fast compared with her old machine! And with a $200 discount, this notebook computer was a steal!

    The computer came in just like new condition. The only problem was, it had a store account on it that was encrypted and couldn’t be removed. I had to bring it 45 minutes to the nearest store to have geek squad re-load the operating system. I had to leave it there and come back later that day to get it. Not the hassle I expected from buying online. Should have been fixed before it was shipped.
