    it’s honestly awesome didn’t expect this to be that great. Nothing was wrong with it and it came perfectly fine, The sound is great and it doesn’t move slow at all nor does it jet lag great computer

    I have yet to use it. I lost the little booklet that came with it. When I first looked at it, I could not figure where to plug in the power cord. Then my best friend died and days were lost. I finally went into Geek Squad. We were unable to get into Life line as somehow we changed the password and I can't change it without knowing the current one and it was not saved.
