Its now Wednesday and i absolutely HATE IT! Trying to copy pictures/videos into the laptop is horrible. It wont load! You cant download any good programs, like premiere pro. Using the internet is still SUPER SLOW. If you try using capcut, it will definitely not load. Its a waste of money. Im so disappointed

We're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your IdeaPad 3i Chromebook so far. With the ChromeOS devices, there are some apps offered on mobile devices that are not available on certain Chromebooks.
With performance, there may be a resolution to improve system operation outside of the processor's limitations. To try to resolve this, try doing a hardware reset (visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages various system components.
If this doesn't resolve your issue, you may need to factory reset your Chromebook, which you can learn more about towards the bottom of the webpage tied to the previously embedded link. Also, you can contact Lenovo Support via an outlet that is most convenient for you for further assistance.

Just what I needed

I chose this from the top selection of open box and I'm so happy with it. It was reasonably priced and it's perfect. Arrived in a plain laptop box, but that's the only difference I could see from brand new one. It had all the usual bells and whistles. All the coverings etc and so far it's performed like a dream. The memory is small so you have to choose carefully what apps etc you download but I knew that when I purchased it. I wanted quick internet access that was not my phone and this is perfect for that. Set up is easy if you're an android user.

Perfect for an Aging Parent

This is so much easier for her to understand. It isn't loaded up with lots of unused software. The keyboard has a nice feel to it, the battery life is very good, it is much quieter (no fan running), and it is very light for her to carry. It also boots up immediately. She (and I) are extremely pleased with this purchased. And Best Buy's price couldn't be beat!
