Today is July 18th and still haven’t received it. Everyday the delivery date changes. I would never have ordered it had o known it would not come!!!!!

I bought one December 5,2024 and when I got December 7th I cut it on and it was in recovery mode saying I needed a usb and another laptop to finish the recovery mode which I don’t which was the purpose of buying the laptop anyways and then everytime I went to their live chat as soon as I explained to them the problem the chat would end.

Turns out it doesnt support the application I use ( Clip Studio Paint) since the Chromebook is more a mobile than PC device. To make it worse this Chromebook was not capatible with Clip Studio Paint in the playstore. Welp gotta return it -_- Ps:only used for 10mins, no issues

Zero absolutely no instructions. Would not hook to my canon printer (who doesnt hook to a Canon?) Dim keyboard letters in lower case, flat keyboard keys dont like. Quickly returned for refund.

(You may need a 3rd hand for help) First, connect the charger to your Chromebook. Then, hold the power button + refresh key and remove the power adaptor as you continue to hold down those buttons. Wait for 1 minute, then press the power button to test the device (note: the power LED should not blink, and the device should not turn on). Connect the power adaptor and monitor the LED color. The device should try to turn on and the LED should blink or have a solid color. If your Chromebook still won't boot, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 800-426-7378, to work with a representative to discover a solution.

To try to resolve this, try doing a hardware reset (visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages various system components. If this doesn't resolve your issue, you may need to factory reset your Chromebook, which you can learn more about towards the bottom of the webpage tied to the previously embedded link.
