    I have yet to use it. I lost the little booklet that came with it. When I first looked at it, I could not figure where to plug in the power cord. Then my best friend died and days were lost. I finally went into Geek Squad. We were unable to get into Life line as somehow we changed the password and I can't change it without knowing the current one and it was not saved.

If this is the case, here's a link to a Google Support webpage tied to the following web address: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en&ref_topic=3382255&sjid=8540139611040966292-NA, that shares steps to take if you need to recover your Google account (what governs the Chromebook's login access) if you cannot access your account.     it’s honestly awesome didn’t expect this to be that great. Nothing was wrong with it and it came perfectly fine, The sound is great and it doesn’t move slow at all nor does it jet lag great computer

    This is a very nice laptop by Lenovo. One thing I have to comment on is the screen on the Lenovo products is very vibrant. The pictures are beautiful and all of their products are of high-quality materials
