    Download of movies is "not supported on this device" and weebroot security software would not load. Otherwise works fine, hence 3 stars.

Regarding downloading movies, you could do so via streaming apps downloaded on your Chromebook, or you can play movies in certain file formats on your Chromebook.     I have only used this laptop 5 or 6 times since I purchased it last year. I turned it on last month to transfer pictures and it had crashed. It’s stuck in a loop doing updates and rebooting. I’m very disappointed in this purchase. I will now have to take it in and have to pay someone to fix it.

    The laptop is not bad. They're okay for general web browsing and documents, and so on, but I'd far rather buy something like a Lenovo Carbon X1 Gen 6 or Gen 4.
