    I made the 2 separate online purchases and arranged for a family member to pick them up. The orders were correct and ready for pick up as scheduled.     I have yet to use it. I lost the little booklet that came with it. When I first looked at it, I could not figure where to plug in the power cord. Then my best friend died and days were lost. I finally went into Geek Squad. We were unable to get into Life line as somehow we changed the password and I can't change it without knowing the current one and it was not saved.

    Doesn't have much download storage or CD drive (which most computers don't anymore, especially at this price point) but perfectly adequate for writing, taking notes, and browsing!

  • Chromebook better than windows

    Always had windows laptops and pcs. This is my first Chromebook. It is so much better. No constant updates and patches. Much quicker start up. Easier navigation. Highly recommend. Only issue was i had to buy a new printer as not all printers work with Chromebook.
